Is the Medifast Diet Expensive?
Obviously one of the factors that many people take into consideration before starting any diet is the costs involved. When it comes to Medifast, I’m not going to lie to you and tell you that it’s cheap. But costs are relative. For example, you may think that eating at a fast food joint everyday is cheap, but if you do the math, I think you’ll find that is not the case. Just think about it. Let’s say you eat at McDonalds every single day for 3 meals a day. If every meal costs you $7, that’s $21 a day, you are spending on fast food. That’s over $600 every single month on junk food. Now compare that with the costs of any of the Medifast plan, then all of a sudden it doesn’t seem too expensive, now does it? When you factor the health issues, then it really is a no brainer.
