Entering This Weekend
I’m going to enter a screenplay contest this weekend. I have recently finished writing my script and I think that it is ready to be judged by the professionals. It took me almost 15 weeks to write this script and that is the longest it has ever taken me. Before this script I had written four others and they all took under 1 month to complete. I think that the piece that I just completed will probably win the contest because it took me so long to write. Anything that takes that long to write has to be good. I concentrated and focused on every single word and I think it is funny and also sad. That is the best kind of movie. I am very excited to win the contest because then I can show the award to my mother and she will be proud of me for achieving so much in my life and for being such a talented young writer.
